Casa Milagro was built on a simple idea: that travel should feel like coming home, even when you're somewhere entirely new. Located on one of San Pedro La Laguna's most vibrant streets, our house was designed to bring people together — around the kitchen table, in the living room, and up on the rooftop as the sun sets over Lake Atitlán.

The name says it all. Milagro means miracle — and there's something quietly miraculous about this stretch of Guatemala: the volcanoes ringing the lake, the boats crossing the water at golden hour, the warmth of a town that never quite goes to sleep. We wanted to build a place that lets guests feel all of that, comfortably, and on their own terms.

Whether you're here to explore, to work remotely for a few weeks, or to gather your favorite people for a celebration, Casa Milagro is meant to flex around you — one room or the whole house, one night or a long stay.

The Neighborhood

Casa Milagro sits in the center of San Pedro's nightlife, just a 2–4 minute walk from the Panajachel boat dock and 5 minutes from the local market. Restaurants and bars line the same street, and a short walk brings you to the riverwalk and attractions like El Cangrejo. Most guests get around on foot or by tuk-tuk — both are easy, affordable, and part of the fun.
